Taking care of your mouth is very important because it's a very attractive part of your face. Therefore, it's important to exercise it to keep it looking radiant.
Exercise 1. Place your index fingers at the corners of your lips to prevent wrinkles from forming. Press your lips together and force a smile, but don't open your mouth. You should feel the tension in your smile muscles. Then, simulate the position you assume when you're about to whistle and press firmly until you feel the muscles working. Alternate the two movements.
Exercise 2. Press your lips together and twist your mouth to both sides as if you were looking sideways. Rotate to the right and hold the tension for 6 seconds, then release. Repeat the same exercise to the left. This exercise helps tighten your cheeks.
Exercise 3. The same as in exercise 2 but in this exercise, in addition to twisting your mouth to the sides, you have to raise them.
